EITC Volunteer Registration for 2021 Tax-Filing Season

We are recruiting volunteers for the 2021 tax filing season (2020 tax year).

All volunteer positions require advance training to be completed before the program begins in February. Due to COVID, the program will be delivered remotely using virtual online technology. All volunteers must have access to a computer and WIFI in order to assist tax filers, no matter what their volunteer role is.

Volunteers serve in a variety of positions—tax preparers, translators, call center operators and greeters. All roles are very important to the residents served. We will work with volunteers to accommodate their schedules.

Recommended job skills are basic computer skills, good customer service, and a commitment to your assigned work schedule once it is established. If you are interested in volunteering to assist qualifying low- to medium-income earners prepare their tax returns, complete the form below.
